- granulated sugar200 g
- egg1
- vanilla extract2 tsp
- all-purpose flour360 g
- baking powder2 tsp
- salt¾ tsp
Method

Heat the oven to 175°C (347°F) and line a tray with baking paper.

Beat the butter and sugar fluffy, add the egg and vanilla.

Fold in the flour, baking powder and salt to a dough.

Roll balls, dip in sugar and bake 10–12 minutes until just set.
