Soft chocolate chip cookies

- brown sugar120 g
- granulated sugar60 g
- egg1
- vanilla extract1 tsp
- all-purpose flour200 g
- baking soda½ tsp
- salt¼ tsp
- chocolate chips150 g
Method

Mix the melted butter with the sugars, then the egg and vanilla.

Fold in the flour, baking soda and salt, then the chocolate chips.

Scoop balls onto a lined tray.

Bake at 175°C (347°F) for 9–11 minutes until the edges are just coloured.
