Peanut butter brownies
Fudgy chocolate brownies marbled with a sweet peanut butter swirl. Watch the video above for the method.

- granulated sugar250 g

- all-purpose flour90 g
- cocoa powder30 g

- peanut butter150 g

Heat the oven to 175°C (347°F) and line a tin (about 20×20 cm) with baking paper.

Melt the butter and chocolate, stir in the sugar, then the eggs one at a time.

Fold in the flour, cocoa and salt. Pour into the tin.

Dollop the peanut butter over the top and swirl through with a knife.

Bake 25–30 minutes. Cool completely before cutting. See the video for tips.
