Chewy oatmeal raisin cookies
Chewy, spiced oatmeal cookies full of raisins, homey and quick. Watch the video above for Sally's method.

- brown sugar150 g
- granulated sugar50 g
- egg1
- vanilla extract1 tsp
- all-purpose flour120 g
- cinnamon1 tsp
- baking soda½ tsp
- salt½ tsp
- rolled oats150 g
- raisins120 g

Heat the oven to 175°C (347°F) and line a tray with baking paper.

Beat the butter and sugars until fluffy, add the egg and vanilla.

Fold in the flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt, then the oats and raisins.

Scoop into balls and bake 11–13 minutes until the edges are golden.
