Microwave mug brownie

- granulated sugar3 tbsp
- cocoa powder2 tbsp
- salt1 pinch
- milk3 tbsp
- neutral oil2 tbsp
- chocolate chips (optional)1 tbsp
Method

Stir the flour, sugar, cocoa and salt together in a large mug.

Add the milk and oil, stir to a smooth batter.

Scatter over the chocolate chips and microwave 40–60 seconds until just set.
