Fudgy brownies

  • butter170 g
  • granulated sugar250 g
  • eggs3
  • vanilla extract1 tsp
  • all-purpose flour90 g
  • cocoa powder30 g
  • salt½ tsp
Method

    Heat the oven to 175°C (347°F) and line a tin with baking paper.

    Melt the chocolate and butter together, stir in the sugar.

    Whisk in the eggs and vanilla until glossy.

    Fold in the flour, cocoa and salt. Pour into the tin.

    Bake 25–30 minutes. Cool completely before cutting. See the video.
