Chocolate chip cookies

- brown sugar150 g
- granulated sugar100 g
- egg + 1 yolk1
- vanilla extract2 tsp
- all-purpose flour240 g
- baking soda½ tsp
- salt¾ tsp
- chocolate chips200 g

Brown the butter until golden and nutty, let cool slightly.

Mix the butter with the sugars, then the egg, yolk and vanilla.

Fold in the flour, baking soda and salt, then the chocolate chips.

Scoop and bake at 175°C (347°F) for 11–13 minutes until the edges are golden.
