- vanilla extract1 tsp
- all-purpose flour80 g
- cocoa powder2 tbsp

Method

Melt the chocolate and butter together, let cool slightly.

Whisk the eggs, sugar and vanilla until thick and pale.

Stir in the chocolate, then fold in the flour, cocoa and salt.

Scoop onto a tray and bake at 175°C (347°F) for 10–12 minutes.
