Brownie cookies
Sally's take on the brownie cookie: extra chewy, deeply chocolatey and with that classic crackly top. Watch the video above.

- granulated sugar130 g
- vanilla extract1 tsp
- all-purpose flour65 g
- cocoa powder2 tbsp
- baking powder½ tsp

Melt the chocolate and butter together, let cool slightly.

Whisk the eggs, sugar and vanilla until thick and pale, about 3 minutes.

Stir in the chocolate, then fold in the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt.

Scoop onto a tray and bake at 175°C (347°F) for 10–12 minutes until the tops crackle.
