Banana bread cookies

- mashed ripe bananas2
- butter, melted115 g
- brown sugar100 g
- granulated sugar50 g
- egg1
- vanilla extract1 tsp
- all-purpose flour280 g
- baking powder1 tsp
- cinnamon1 tsp
- salt1 ml
- chocolate chips150 g

Heat the oven to 175°C (347°F). Stir the melted butter with the brown and granulated sugar.

Mix in the mashed banana, egg and vanilla.

Fold in the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Stir in the chocolate chips.

Drop spoonfuls onto a lined tray and bake 11–13 minutes.
