Everything you need to assemble your Mjuk Lov cake at home, for six to eight people. Work through the steps at your own pace.
Photos are for inspiration. A cake's height and number of layers follow the size and weight you order, so a smaller cake can look different from the one pictured.

Unpack the kit and let the sponges and filling come to room temperature; it makes the cake smoother to build.
20 min - 2
Place the first sponge on a plate. Spread an even layer of filling all the way to the edge.
5 min - 3
Add the next sponge and repeat until all the layers are stacked. Press gently so they hold together.

Cover the whole cake with the frosting and smooth the surface with a palette knife or the back of a spoon.
10 min - 5
Decorate with the sprinkles provided. Chill the cake for at least 30 minutes before serving so it sets.

- Dip the palette knife in hot water and wipe it; it gives the frosting a smooth, glossy finish.
